today's poll-shows being cancelled

Postby kid lightning » Fri Dec 02, 2011 10:42 am

today's poll is about the cfx show being cancelled and who is at fault. here are my thoughts take them for what you feel they are worth because at the end of the day im just a silly canuck with free health care and good hunting.
to all of you amateurs. backing out of fights for bullshit reasons saying you have an injury to your labias or a rash or whatever is garbage when you use it to back out of a tough fight. YOU ARE AN AMATEUR. this shows up on an amateur record that means nothing other than experience for you when you go pro. its all for you!
now pros; any of you that are backing out of fights to get an extra 50 bucks on the end of your contract for a fight is bullshit. be professional. you are supposed to be fighting someone else who is preparing to fight you! not honouring this screws the promoter, the show, the fans and your opponent.get balls and get professional before you burn all of your own bridges.
promoters lets get contracts!

xoxo

People backing out of fights is always gonna happen. There are promoters in the state that are putting on great shows for us so dont see why people backing out would only hurt a few when it happens every show. Promoters should have enough of a "client" list to cover some back outs. I know not all can be made up or replaced but enough should be to still put on a show. There are atleast two promotions in the state that dont seem to have a problem putting a card together.
