No way he makes weight, he couldn't even make 172 at Target Center against Tommy Speer in his most important fight. He's like 32 isnt he and has 2 straight losses with zero stamina. I don't think a jump to a division he can't even make is gonna do much here, I predict he fights a complete rigor mortis corpse and comes in low 160's and never tries it again. Seems like he has a good fan base but he is very overrated, I watched him huffing and puffing against a very average guy in Leo Kuntz out in North Dakota, who also looked like he could make 155. I just don't see anything other than hype

I'm fighting in Rapids this weekend and it's at a catch wieight of 160. But believe it or not, I'll be to 155 for the next one for sure.

@Leemurray haha what some don't know, which it makes me no difference if they do, is I was diagnosed with having a testicular torsion the week of the fight with Tommy Spear (Which i had surgery the week after) and because it was my most important fight a chose not to pull out of the fight and still do my best to make weight and fight in probably the most painful experience of my life. Huffing and puffing?? You obviously were watching the same fight as the judges were against Kuntz.

@Leemurry, what weight do you fight at?...Do you even fight?...I have found a common thing among people who spectate MMA or even promote. I find that they tend to criticize, but yet have know idea what its like to train and sacrifice to step into the cage.

In regards to both the fights against Tommy and Kuntz.Yes they both went down as losses for Romero but with a lot of controversy I understand. I have watched both fights and in my "opinion" Romero won both of them and in know way did he seems gassed! But as everyone says don't let it go to the judges. I find also with judges lately that it seems as though some of them don't have a strong knowledge of MMA if any at all...All fighters will have haters, but one thing is for sure is that we ALL need to respect them for having the courage to step in the cage and put it all on the line!

I guarantee he misses weight, I'll eat my words on here if you make 160, not 161 or 162, and there's a credible witness besides your groupie Laffdog.

Again what weight do you fight at? Uncle fester..I mean Lee, your more than welcome to come and see yourself! I would encourage you to come to Grand Rapids to see a great night of fights being you "guarantee" that he misses weight.

Like I said, you may not like Tat or in some way have something against him. But you do have to respect him for getting into the cage putting everything on the line!!!!!

With that being said I will look forward to seeing you Friday at weigh ins. Please feel free to introduce yourself as I love meeting new people in the MMA community. :D

Did Tat make weight then? I don't doubt it, but it is still a pretty incredible feat. Before I met him I had heard stories of his massive weight cuts. But I think he isn't getting as out of shape between fights so the cuts are as bad as they used to be.

Still made the weight you moron, which was the point of the thread. You were proven wrong so you need to move on to something else? Get a life. Keep running your mouth behind your keyboard and fake name and I'll keep making you look stupid.
