Hey all ... thought I'd just let you know what's coming up for the rest of the day and this week.

First off, later today I'll post a Q&A with light heavyweight Dean Lamb of Alexandria. Lamb is fighting in Saturday's King of the Cage event in Walker, Minn. Why Lamb? Why not! My plan here at Minnesota MMA News is to not only feature the stars of Minnesota like Logan Clark and Brock Larson, but also to include guys who are new to the sport, like Lamb, Heath Rud and Eric Pettengill.

So, speaking of Logan Clark ... he has just submitted his latest blog post. That will go up later today as well.

Also later today, I'll have results from last weekend's event up in Cloquet, Fearless Fighting Championship 3. It's a little late, but better late than never!

Tomorrow, I'll have something small on the upcoming amateur fights in Faribault. Those fights begin at 7 p.m. Friday and are just $25.

This weekend, look for a story on Travis Wiuff and his upcoming fight against Mike Kyle, which will be broadcast live on HDNet.

I'm still looking for a sponsor to help out with a possible trip up to Walker this weekend to cover the KOTC event. If anybody has any ideas, let me know. If I don't make it, I'll still track down results and get them to you as soon as I have them.

Next week, there will be plenty of action here at Minnesota MMA News. We'll be speaking with Jeremy "The Landlord" Lang about his upcoming fight at CFX's event in St. Cloud. We'll also write preview stories on all three shows coming up next Saturday, at Treasure Island, at the St. Paul Armory and in St. Cloud. Big weekend of MMA!

In the meantime, I'm still looking for advertisers. I signed up my first real advertiser, Pussout Gear, last night. We're definitely glad to have them on board. If anyone else has ideas, let me know. There's plenty you can do to help support this Web site (ads, sponsorships, buying photos), and it starts with spreading the word. Tell your friends, pass it on to Facebook fans and friends, join the forum, etc.

That's all for now. Thanks for reading.

Ben
